I have practiced in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury involving motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall injuries in Hawaii since 1986. I have practiced in the area of workers’ compensation in Hawaii since 1986. Injured workers often are unaware of the many benefits to which they are entitled. These include but are not limited to medical care and services, lost wages, vocational rehabilitation, award for permanent disabilities, disfigurement, and future rights. I have extensive experience in helping an injured worker obtain the full benefits to which they are entitled.

My staff provides a free telephone consultation. During the call, my staff will gather information and take the time to listen to you. In most cases, there is no retainer for attorney’s fees required from you nor any advance for out-of-pocket costs. All attorney’s fees and costs, for both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases are paid from the settlement or award at the end of the case.
